Perform all scheme coordinator duties for the SANBS Proficiency Program and assist the Head of QC in their absence in handling complex technical functions. An important factor in this role is to ensure that turnaround times are met to ensure the integrity of final product and service are maintained. Also includes continuous quality improvement to ensure adherence and compliance to quality standards and requirements. Works within established rules, regulations, policies and practices but professionally decides on how best to achieve the required end result.
