We are looking for a seasoned environmental professional who combines technical excellence with strong commercial and leadership capability to lead our Environmental Management Services team. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and grow a key service line, lead complex international projects, and drive business success across our global footprint. What You’ll Do Lead large, multi-country Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) programmes within the resources and infrastructure sectors. Oversee delivery of complex, integrated environmental and social projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Drive business development by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing new work. Own and grow a pipeline of work, contributing to revenue targets and service line strategy. Lead and develop a team of environmental project managers and specialists across multiple regions. Act as a key account manager and trusted advisor to clients. Manage departmental performance, financials, and resource planning.
