Overview Business Management role based in Klerksdorp within Personal Financial Advice. Manages a team of new and vested Financial Advisors to recruit, support, develop, and grow their practices, ensuring compliant, advice‑based sales. Contributes to branch leadership as a member of the Area MANCO. Key Result Areas People Management – Recruitment, selection, coaching, performance management of advisers to sustain a productive team. Sales Management – Execute and evaluate strategy and business plans, drive, monitor and report sales, practice management, compliance, and risk. Financial Management – Apply business acumen to financial decisions, budget/expense control, and manage existing processes (conservation, outstanding business, financing, administration, client care). Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the organisation’s sales function to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to stimulate demand for financial products and services. Qualifications and Experience Matric or equivalent. FAIS compliant with a certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 120 relevant credits at NQF level 5. Passed RE 5 level 1. Previous experience as a Sales Manager preferred. Accredited on all PFA‑distributed products and optional additional products. Preferably 24 months’ service as a Financial Advisor. Strong administrative capabilities. Comfortable applying the sales process and six‑step financial process. Able to conduct difficult conversations and assertively coach others.
