The Opportunity: As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, performance, and growth of the branch. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused service delivery. Drive business growth through deposit mobilisation, lending activities, and customer acquisition. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail, business, and community customers. Promote and cross‑sell the bank's full suite of products and services. Lead, mentor, and develop branch employees, fostering a high‑performance culture. Ensure adherence to all regulatory, operational, and compliance requirements. Manage branch risk, including credit quality and operational controls. Identify and execute local marketing and business development initiatives. Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets. About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience managing a bank branch or holding a senior leadership role within retail or commercial banking. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including lending and deposit products. Demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management. Sound understanding of credit assessment and lending processes. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities. A proactive, adaptable, and results‑driven approach. Experience working internationally or within emerging markets will be advantageous but is not essential.
