We are seeking a senior Code Review Expert to act as a technical quality, security, and compliance gatekeeper . Critically assess, challenge, and approve code before it reaches production in financially and regulatorily sensitive systems . Key Responsibilities Review backend services, APIs, bots, integrations, and infra-adjacent code Identify Security vulnerabilities Logic and financial correctness issues Race conditions, async failures, and edge cases Performance and scalability risks Review crypto-specific logic (wallets, signing flows, reconciliation, balances) Enforce secure coding standards and architectural boundaries Act as a merge gate for production deployments Provide clear, written feedback with risk severity (low / medium / critical) Support incident reviews and post-mortems where code is involved Required Experience Proven experience reviewing production-grade code in sensitive systems Strong background in security-aware development Deep understanding of: Async systems and concurrency Error handling and failure modes Database correctness and consistency Experience with one or more of: Ability to reason about system-level impact , not just individual files Comfortable pushing back on risky or unclear implementations Highly Desirable (Strong Advantage) FinTech, crypto exchange, payments, or RegTech experience Trading systems / market-making logic Exposure to DevOps / CI/CD / production deployment workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
