Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operation and improvement of fintech platforms, data feeds, and internal systems Assist with system testing, enhancements, and rollout of new functionality Investigate and resolve data or system issues, escalating where required Work with structured and semi-structured data, including validation, reconciliation, and quality checks Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes Assist in exploring and piloting AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, and data analysis solutions Participate in process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and user guides Build knowledge of fintech systems, data structures, and AI concepts relevant to financial services. Requirements 0-3 years experience or a recent graduate with strong practical exposure Background in technology, data, analytics, engineering, or quantitative disciplines preferred Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems/Data Science/Analytics/Engineering/Finance with strong technical focus Strong Excel and comfortable working with data Basic understanding of databases or data structures, automation tools, and exposure to APIs or system integrations Hands on experience with AI Tools Python, Power BI, SQL or similar Core competencies:Accuracy Devotion to quality Structuring Planning Cooperation Listening skills Analysing and forming opinions Personal development Thank you for your interest.
