Qualifications BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree Knowledge of contract conditions e.g. FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC is required; A minimum of 10 years estimating experience in both Building and Civil Industry. Special Requirements Tender preparation and submission Prepare and submit all prequalification documentation accurately and completely as per tender specifications. Client liaison. Good interpersonal skills Any other additional tasks which are required from time to time.
