Program Overview The DynamX Logistics Traineeship grows and develops graduates by building functional & technical capability within the Logistics department (Warehouse, Inventory & Distribution). The program is a competitive, incremental fixed‑term contract that lasts 24 months, with progression into each phase determined by robust evaluations. Participants experience 6‑month rotational cycles, cross‑functional work experience, and follow the 70‑20‑10 learning model: 70% experiential learning, 20% developmental relationships, and 10% coursework and training. Profile & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. No more than 2years of total full‑time formal working experience at the program start (internships, short‑duration contracts, or vacation work do not count). Completed bachelor’s degree by the program start within the required timeframe. Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in South Africa. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Geographical mobility within South Africa.
