Responsibilities Aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer success through cultivating a harmonious business environment with cross‑functional teams Optimization and refining the processes that touch every part of the customer’s journey to drive sustained business growth. Developing and implementing efficient processes for revenue tracking and analysis to drive business growth Manage CRM and other revenue‑intelligence tools to scale efficiently and derive meaningful insights from data. Data management and Analytics – ensure data accuracy; oversee the collection, validation and interpretation of data to make evidence‑based decisions. Provide clear financial projections through effective management of revenue streams and forecasting for future performance.
