About the job Panel Shop / Workshop Manager Our client a privately owned Custom workshop is seeking the services of a Panel Workshop Manager for the Roodepoort / Randburg, Johannesburg Area. The ideal candidate should have min of 5 years experience as a Workshop Manager / Senior Foreman with a panel shop or workshop. Our client offers huge incentive structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Achieving Panel and Mechanical Workshop targets Streamlining and implementing systems and procedures to improve workflow Set up labour sales targets and weekly goals for workshop staff Allocate job cards / work to staff for the day Ensure staff achieve targets and implement incentive structures. Manage project to completion and within set deadlines Exceptional customer service and feedback Assisting Technicians and Panelbeaters with problems Manage the entire workshop from A-Z Min Requirements and non negotiable skills 5 years experience as a workshop manager or senior foreman Highly experienced in Panel shop, Custom shop or Mechanical workshop Deadline driven and able to meet targets set out by management Strong Leadership skills Good Kowledge of HR policies and disciplinary action Experienced in a wide variety of makes and models Well spoken and have excellent communication skills Technically minded or have red seal qualifications Manage workshop workflow and daily throughput #J-18808-Ljbffr
