Responsibilities Lead the group consolidation process across multiple local and international entities. Prepare and review monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets. Manage year end reporting and group audit processes. Coordinate month end reviews of income statements and detailed balance sheets. Oversee working capital management, cash visibility, and payment cycles. Design, implement, and enhance financial controls across the group. Drive automation and standardisation of controls to improve efficiency and governance. Review tax reporting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Act as systems lead for accounting platforms and related enhancements. Manage and coordinate group audit deliverables with external auditors. Partner with process owners to identify and mitigate key financial risks. Lead, mentor, and inspire finance teams to deliver accurate and timely outputs. Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar senior financial management role. Strong consolidation, group reporting, and audit management experience. Sound understanding of financial controls, risk management, and governance. Proven ability to implement and improve finance processes and systems. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management capability. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across entities. Qualifications BCom Degree OR Equivalent.
