We are seeking an experienced multi-disciplinary design professional to take ownership of visual identity and creative execution within our dynamic Marketing Department at 2Roads. The incumbent will bring a rigorous approach to brand consistency, a strong conceptual sensibility, and the technical proficiency to deliver work of the highest standard across digital and print media. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise and execute high-quality visual content across digital and print channels Maintain and evolve consistent brand identity across all touchpoints Lead campaign creative development from brief through to final delivery Produce motion graphics, basic video editing, and UI elements for web Collaborate with the Digital Manager on ad creative and landing pages Manage, brief, and mentor a direct-report Graphic Designer Prepare and manage artwork for production, ensuring quality control throughout Requirements Essential Qualifications Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication 5–10 years of professional design experience Working knowledge of Figma or equivalent tools is advantageous Understanding of print production processes, file specifications, and colour management People Management Skills Experience in a technical, engineering, or B2B environment will be a strong advantage Technical Skills Adobe Creative Suite — advanced level Figma or Sketch Brand systems and identity management Layout, typography, and digital design Interested candidates are requested to submit a comprehensive curriculum vitae and a portfolio of recent work (digital link or PDF) to the email address below.
