Branch Manager Nelspruit, Mpumalanga · Permanent · On-site About the role A well-established warehousing equipment company is opening a new branch in Nelspruit and is seeking an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead its launch and ongoing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the branch, building a client base, managing day-to-day operations, and driving profitability. Key responsibilities Oversee the setup and launch of the new Nelspruit branch, ensuring all operational processes are established from the ground up. Drive sales performance, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Recruit, manage, and develop branch staff, fostering a performance‑driven culture aligned with company values. Manage branch budgets, financial reporting, and profitability targets using Pastel Evolution accounting software. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and relevant industry regulations. Oversee stock management, logistics coordination, and the maintenance of warehousing equipment inventory. Minimum requirements Minimum 3 years' management experience in a branch manager, sales manager, or similar leadership role. Experience in the warehousing equipment industry or a closely related field (e.g. material handling, industrial equipment, logistics). Currently residing in the Nelspruit / Mbombela area (candidates not based locally will not be considered). Valid, unendorsed South African driver's licence and own reliable transport. Proficient in Pastel Evolution and standard Microsoft Windows programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong track record in sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets.
