We are seeking a proactive and driven Lead Qualification Sales Specialist to support the growth and development of a premium membership offering within the golf and networking industry. This flagship membership programme provides members with access to exclusive golf events, preferential club rates, complimentary green fees, networking opportunities, and a range of additional benefits. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by qualifying inbound marketing leads and re‑engaging historic database contacts to help drive membership conversions and overall sales growth. To succeed in this role, you should have previous sales or customer engagement experience, strong communication skills, and ideally a passion for golf and relationship‑building. Core Responsibilities Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, website chats, and email enquiries to establish initial contact with prospective members. Lead Qualification & Research: Assess leads against ideal customer profile criteria to identify qualified opportunities and filter out unsuitable prospects. Outbound Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and telephone to nurture leads, follow up on enquiries, and enrich prospect data. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to‑date records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system. Sales Handoff: Transition qualified opportunities to the sales team, providing detailed summaries of prospect requirements and engagement history. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies, campaign effectiveness, and conversion performance. Requirements Experience: 1‑2 years' experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or customer‑facing roles. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport confidently. Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook and Excel) and CRM platforms (ideally Pipedrive or similar systems). Organisation & Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain attention to detail. Work Ethic: Self‑motivated, resilient, and proactive with a strong commitment to achieving targets and delivering results. Performance Metrics Number of qualified leads generated. Outreach activity volumes (calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, LinkedIn engagement). Appointment and meeting booking rates. CRM accuracy and data quality.
