Recruitment Manager @ HIREXE | Apple Certified Support Professional | Connecting talent with dynamic, remote US opportunities Location: Remote Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer / Network Administrator to join a growing US-based Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role sits within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment and is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex network and infrastructure issues across multiple client environments. This is a hands‑on, escalation‑level role , ideal for Tier 3 or Tier 4 engineers with strong experience in MSP operations, network administration, and service delivery through structured platforms such as ServiceNow and LogicMonitor . Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage network, server, and infrastructure alerts through LogicMonitor Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents delivered via ServiceNow Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 NOC engineers Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes Manage and support: Network devices (firewalls, switches, routers) Windows and Linux servers Cloud and hybrid environments (where applicable) Ensure SLAs are met and incidents are resolved within defined timelines Create and maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and SOPs Participate in incident reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives Work closely with service delivery, NOC, and engineering teams. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years’ experience in an MSP environment Strong background as a NOC Engineer, Network Administrator, or Senior Systems Engineer Proven experience working in Tier 3 or Tier 4 support roles Hands‑on experience with: ServiceNow (incident, problem, and change workflows) TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar) Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS) Linux (basic to intermediate) Strong troubleshooting and escalation management skills. Nice to Have Experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) ITIL certification or strong ITIL‑based service delivery knowledge Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash) Experience working with US‑based clients and stakeholders. Must be able to work full Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, ticket‑driven NOC environment Willingness to handle escalations and critical incidents as needed.
