Outbound Agent - Senior Associate - Claremont, South Africa Full-time Role Purpose To provide communications solutions to customers by marketing and matching products and services to customer needs, thereby generating revenue and improving customer satisfaction. The role requires an enthusiastic telesales representative who contributes to generating sales for the company by adhering to KPI’s and policies. The representative will close sales deals over the phone, maintain good customer relationships, present products or services, and handle complaints and doubts.
