We are seeking a Digital Strategist PerformanceMarketing to lead strategy and client success forhigh-performing advertising campaigns. This role blends client-facingaccount management with hands-on strategy development, requiring adeep knowledge of paid social and search platforms. Key Responsibilities Understand client business objectives and KPIs. Define account strategy based on budgets, goals, andin-market trends. Analyze campaign data to recommend strategic improvements. Lead and mentor a team of marketers to deliver best-in-classad execution. Account Management (60%) Serve as the primary client contact, building strongrelationships. Conduct weekly client meetings to present reports, providecampaign updates, and guide strategic decisions. Support clients in leveraging Valid tools and address allmedia-related queries. Partner with engineering and product management teams. Translate marketing workflows into product features thatenhance the ads experience. Required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Minimum 5+ years in performance marketing ,with at least 2+ years in an agency environment . Proven experience managing $250,000+/month ad spend across: Meta TikTok Google Additional advertising platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to applystatistical methods to campaign data. Track record as a client-facing senior point of contact. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading and managing a marketing team. Apple Search Ads SKAN/iOS attribution knowledge Ideal Candidate Profile Excited by applying the latest technologies in novel ways todeliver value for customers. Thrives in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable balancing organized execution with rapid iteration : Organized: Purpose-driven, efficient, and clear communicator(especially in writing).
