This position involves:Leading support and acting as subject matter expert (SME) for operational and accounting systems and systems adoptionOverseeing core finance functions, including accounts payable, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month-end processesProducing quality insights to influence strategyMaintaining and enhancing financial integrity through strong controls and drive continuous improvement processesEngaging with funders, regulators, and other external stakeholdersMonitoring financial performance, identify cost efficiencies, and assess business risksCoordinating external audits and ensure regulatory compliance Skills & Experience: Minimum 4+years post articles experience with proven experience as a Finance Manager in commerce.Retail and Financial Services experience (advantageous)Strong knowledge of IFRS and good understanding of Tax principlesExceptional organizational and time management skills Qualification: B.Com Accounting (or similar)CA (SA) For more information connect with us on
