About the Role Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HR Systems Lead will provide leadership and guidance for all operational Workday HRIS activities, including project management of new implementations, system configuration, and ongoing support. Responsibilities Lead project management for new HRIS implementations. Manage project and support governance for Workday and related HRIS systems. Act as system administrator for HR and payroll input systems, providing troubleshooting support. Work closely with super‑users across the group to align global workflows. Assist with implementation of new system functionality or modules. Serve as a super‑user for the HR system, supporting HR and business teams. Manage system updates in liaison with IT, HR, payroll, employees, and managers. Lead knowledge transfer of HR competencies related to the HRIS. Support HR projects aligned with business strategy. Provide support on HR administration auditing and processes. Create and update HR documentation, including policies, processes, FAQs, and intranet content. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Experience configuring HRIS business processes, notifications, and workflows. Experience in design patterns, configuration, and quality assurance. Deep understanding of Workday Absence, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules. Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of these modules. Strong knowledge of global leave regulations in relevant regions. Experience with Workday calculated fields, business processes, and reporting. Ability to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs. Understanding of integration and reporting processes. Experience leading large ERP implementations and support environments in HRIS. Experience working with diverse stakeholders. Desired Skills Knowledge of sports betting markets and online gaming industry. Understanding of gambling regulations and compliance requirements. Workday PRO certification for Absence and Time Tracking.
