Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and detailed variance analysis Manage and maintain costing models, standard costs, inventory valuations, and manufacturing cost controls Oversee month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and profitability reporting Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and statutory requirements Act as a key liaison during internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness throughout the year Analyse gross margins, operational efficiencies, and departmental performance metrics Partner with operational management to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree in Accounting or Finance (Honours advantageous) Minimum 5 years' experience as a Management Accountant within a manufacturing environment Strong costing and inventory management experience is essential Solid understanding of management accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements Proven experience with variance analysis, standard costing, and profitability reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ERP system experience; Pastel experience advantageous Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a deadline-driven environment Apply now!
