Lead Generation and Marketing Outreach Contractor An exciting opportunity for a proactive, highly articulate individual based in South Africa to join RedTech Recruitment as a Lead Generation and Marketing Outreach Contractor. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional written communication skills, a curious and analytical mindset, and who enjoys collaborating in real time with a wider team throughout the working day. Location: Remote (South Africa) Pay: $1,000–$1,200 USD per month full time, plus commission for each converted sales meeting booked Hours: This role requires consistent availability during UK business hours. You must be fully committed to working until 5.00pm UK time (7.00pm South Africa time). Please only apply if you can reliably meet this requirement on an ongoing basis. About the role: You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging potential business leads across a range of online sources. This is a written-first role, with a strong emphasis on producing thoughtful, human outreach that reflects RedTech’s professional and personable tone. While this is a remote contractor position, it is not an asynchronous role. You will work closely with the UK team throughout the day, collaborating, sharing ideas, and responding in real time as opportunities arise. Requirements: Prior experience in lead generation, sales research, B2B marketing, or similar Exceptional written English, with the ability to write persuasively and naturally without reliance on AI tools Strong online research skills and excellent attention to detail Confident using CRM or outreach tools (training provided) Highly organised, reliable, and proactive Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace Strong technical curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts due to the nature of our clients A genuinely collaborative and communicative working style, with a willingness to engage regularly with the team throughout the day Beneficial (but not essential): Experience with tools such as Zoho Recruit, Dripify, Kaspr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or data enrichment platforms Familiarity with technical terminology within Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, or related fields Demonstrable interest in recruitment, marketing, or business development Degree educated in English, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related discipline Key responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential business leads from multiple online sources including job boards, investment portals, and company news Research target organisations, markets, and decision-makers Use systems including Zoho Recruit, Dripify, Kaspr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Write well-crafted, human outreach messages and follow-up emails Keep accurate records and manage all outreach activity Ensure all outreach complies with data privacy and GDPR principles Collaborate throughout the working day with the UK team to refine outreach strategy, messaging, and target markets Write marketing content for LinkedIn and outreach campaigns This is initially a written-only position, with a focus on producing high-quality leads and authentic communication. For the right person, there is scope to develop into follow-up calls or client interactions as confidence and product knowledge grow.
