Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, luxury-level customer service in-store Support sales teams by stepping in as relief staff across branches Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards Assist with stock handling and boutique operations Conduct secure deliveries between stores and to clients as required Travel occasionally to other branches in Gauteng Minimum requirements: Previous retail sales experience Valid drivers license Own reliable vehicle (essential) Based in or around Johannesburg Well-groomed and professional appearance Trustworthy, punctual, and highly reliable Comfortable travelling between Gauteng branches Strong communication and interpersonal skills Personal Attributes: Mature and responsible Adaptable and flexible High attention to detail Client-focused mindset Able to work both independently and as part of a team
