We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys building pipelines, and is confident engaging prospective clients over the phone and via email. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities within the medical transportation and commercial/contractor sectors. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls and targeted email outreach to generate leads Schedule appointments for the sales team Handle objections and qualify prospective clients Follow up with warm leads, pending quotes, and incomplete applications Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and follow-ups within company systems What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident with cold calling and professional outreach Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable following structured processes and meeting targets Availability to commit to approximately 80 hours per month (around 4 hours per day) If you are proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about lead generation and sales outreach, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
