Matching of Statements: Ensure all transactions on credit card statements are supported by complete documentation, maintaining accuracy and compliance at all times. Audit Backup Documents: Uphold a 100% accuracy standard in verifying and validating all attached documents. Swiping: Prepare Swipe sheets for Supervisor transactions, ensuring completeness of invoices. Customer Satisfaction: Foster positive relationships with both Internal and External Clients, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Matching: Monitor and execute the matching process of documents to Credit card and Debtor statements, meeting deadlines and presenting documents in a client-friendly manner. Reconciliations: Allocate payments accurately against invoices and diligently investigate all unallocated receipts and journals, identifying documentation numbers for reference. Job Experience and Skills Required Completed Matric Completed Finance related qualification Minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience in a similar position Knowledge of Basic Accounting principles Package & Remuneration R 250 000 - R 280 000 - Annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
