We are looking for a Vendor Partner Programs Specialist to strengthen and grow Netsurit's Microsoft partnership and wider strategic alliance ecosystem. This is not a traditional quota‑carrying sales role. It is a strategic relationship, opportunity, and partner‑program enablement role focused on creating measurable business value through Microsoft and key vendor partnerships. What you'll do You will act as the key link between Netsurit, Microsoft, and selected alliance partners, helping align our services to Microsoft's strategic priorities across AI/Copilot, Azure, Modern Work, and Security. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and growing Netsurit's Microsoft relationship across partner account managers, channel teams, technical specialists, and executive stakeholders. Driving Microsoft Co‑Sell readiness, opportunity registration, CPOR/PAL management, incentive optimisation, and partner program compliance. Supporting Microsoft‑related professional services pipeline development through Microsoft sellers, internal sales teams, and direct customer engagement. Identifying and managing Microsoft funding opportunities, including Co‑op, AMM, PCSI, FastTrack, and related programs. Supporting joint go‑to‑market initiatives, co‑marketing activities, campaigns, and partner‑sourced opportunities. Building and managing strategic relationships with alliance partners beyond Microsoft and Dell. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Delivery, and Professional Services teams to turn partner activity into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Preparing executive‑level reporting on partner performance, influenced opportunities, risks, and growth opportunities. What we're looking for The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, relationship‑driven, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders across Microsoft, alliance partners, customers, and internal teams. You should bring: 5–8 years' experience in business development, partner management, vendor alliances, or channel partnerships within IT services or the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong understanding of Microsoft partner programs, incentives, Co‑Sell frameworks, and funding motions. Experience building pipeline and supporting deal progression through Microsoft sellers or alliance partners. Proven ability to manage multiple vendor or partner relationships at the same time. Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive relationship skills. A solid understanding of services‑based sales, solution positioning, and partner‑led growth.
