We are looking for an experienced and driven CRM Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building strong relationships, and helping grow business accounts. Requirements: Minimum 56 years experience in CRM, customer service, or marketing. Experience in logistics or e-commerce is an advantage. Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial. Strong understanding of customer relationship management. Speak and Write Afrikaans. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). Purpose of the Role: You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
