In this role, you’ll take ownership of a commercial and mixed-use portfolio, balancing strong financial oversight with the operational realities of running buildings effectively. From managing budgets, reporting, arrears, recoveries and tenant retention to overseeing maintenance, compliance, contractor performance and service delivery, this role requires someone equally comfortable in financial discussions and on-site operational environments. Working closely with leadership, tenants, brokers and service providers, you’ll play a key role in driving NOI performance while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the portfolio run seamlessly. Responsibilities Take ownership of a commercial and mixed-use portfolio, balancing financial oversight with operational building management. Manage budgets, reporting, arrears, recoveries and tenant retention. Oversee maintenance, compliance, contractor performance and service delivery. Collaborate with leadership, tenants, brokers and service providers to drive NOI performance and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Qualifications Commercially minded and operationally strong property professional with a relevant tertiary qualification and approximately 3-7 years’ commercial property/portfolio management experience. Exposure to office and mixed-use assets is highly advantageous. Strong financial acumen, tenant management ability, and operational oversight experience are essential.
