Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across all hotel segments Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and market analysis reports Identify and pursue new corporate, travel and group business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents and industry partners Manage account databases and monitor competitor activity and market trends Collaborate with revenue, reservations and operations teams to optimise pricing and occupancy Conduct client meetings, presentations and site inspections Develop promotional initiatives and support marketing campaigns Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required Oversee reservation and revenue management activities to support overall business goals Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 3 years’ sales experience within the hotel, travel or tourism industry Proven experience in a similar management role Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management and distribution channels Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems such as Amadeus or similar Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle Target-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
