Job Purpose To facilitate in-depth leadership development and cultural transformation interventions for senior and middle management, enabling large-scale culture change within the leadership of the company and creating a bank-wide community of leaders who live the values of the bank. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Build sound professional relationships by engaging with all required stakeholders. Develop trusting and professional internal relationships; cultivate ongoing collaborative working partnerships with senior leaders and managers. Manage the ongoing intervention process and multiple client engagements to manage expectations and keep stakeholders informed. Deliver per business needs by engaging intact teams, addressing questions, managing anxiety and explaining organisational purpose. Improve client service through proactive engagement and responsiveness. Facilitation & Intervention Delivery Meet client needs and desired outcomes by designing and customising Organisational Design (OD) interventions. Smooth the flow of work by agreeing on designed workshop outcomes and meeting with business Team Leaders. Meet stakeholder workshop requirements and workshop deliverables through expert facilitation. Guide small and large groups by facilitating individual and group engagement and participation, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved. Ensure each intervention is completed to plan, delivering a productive outcome while complying with risk standards. Ensure room set-up is suitable for workshop needs; identify and resolve work obstacles by liaising with venue managers and finding contingency options. Provide support for ad-hoc projects relating to Leading For Deep Green (LFDG). Organisational Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement Contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in company culture-building initiatives, business strategy and CSI activities. Improve business processes and systems; provide input to enhance processes that improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses and adapt procedures to accommodate group needs. Contribute to standards, procedures, processes and policies. Provide advice and feedback on organisational themes emerging from facilitated interventions. Deliver projects effectively and efficiently. Personal & Professional Development Stay abreast of developments in the field of expertise, ensuring personal and professional growth. Understand and embrace the company vision and values, leading by example. Exercise effective resource use and allocation, producing balanced outputs in terms of quality, cost, business expectations and compliance. Employee Wellbeing Support Support participants by raising employee wellness awareness during facilitated sessions and by providing contact details of the Independent Counselling and Advisory Services (ICAS) during facilitation of interventions. People Specification Essential Qualifications (NQF Level) Advanced Diplomas / National 1st Degrees Preferred Qualification Post Graduate qualification in Psychology (Industrial and Clinical Psychology) Essential Certifications As required by regulatory and business needs Preferred Certifications Facilitation or coaching certification advantageous Minimum Experience 5 – 10 years in OD, Coaching, Facilitation or Management Consulting Technical / Professional Knowledge Candidates must demonstrate knowledge and competence in the following areas: Banking knowledge and procedures Communication strategies Group instruction and facilitation methods Industry trends and best practices Microsoft Office Suite Principles of project management Relevant regulatory knowledge Relevant software and systems knowledge Risk management processes and frameworks Business writing skills People and group dynamics Behavioural Competencies The following behavioural competencies are required for success in this role: Earning Trust – Acts with integrity and transparency to build credibility and confidence with stakeholders.
