About the Role As VP: M&A / Corporate Finance, you will execute and manage transactions end-to-end, working across financial modelling, deal documentation, stakeholder coordination, and transaction delivery. This role is suited to a commercially sharp professional who is comfortable in fast-paced environments, confident managing multiple moving parts, and motivated by both execution excellence and broader business development impact.
