Work closely with leaders across sales, prescription, marketing and engineering teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions to maximise the return on sales, prescription and marketing investment. Use advanced data modelling, predictive modelling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into strategies, tactics and initiatives that will drive business outcomes. The right person for the job will apply their comprehensive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems in the healthcare industry and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units. Duties and responsibilities: Use advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities Perform ad-hoc data analysis to extract core data insights Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions, key operations and performance metrics Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, R&D, marketing and digital marketing teams Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective collaboration with stakeholders Support the design of data systems to ensure data analytics takes place in an efficient, scalable, and reproducible way Qualifications and experience: Matric Degree or Diploma in IS / IT or related field MS SQL certification advantageous MS BI certification advantageous Minimum 4 years experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data Minimum experience of 4 years working with BI tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
