What You'll Be Doing: Responsibilities & Deliverables You will be a key leader in our business, driving financial strategy and operational efficiency. Your role will encompass: Financial Management: Compiling annual and project-based budgets, preparing and submitting monthly financial forecasts, and providing critical financial reporting and insight to business managers and client executives. Commercial Strategy: Driving contracts and commercial agreements, working closely with the COO to ensure all new and existing clients are under contract. Financial Analysis & Risk: Performing scenario and sensitivity analysis for various business units, and managing financial risk by updating monthly risk reports, particularly around dissolution, notice periods, and outstanding debtors. Operational Oversight: Implementing the EOS framework to align operations, finance, and HR with the company’s vision and goals, developing operational processes for efficiency, and managing company payroll. Stakeholder & People Management : Acting as the primary contact between finance and the business, and managing the team to ensure goals and objectives are achieved in line with company strategy. What We\'re Looking For: Experience & Qualifications Education: BCom Accounting Degree at NQF level 7, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a professional certification like CIMA preferred Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience as a Financial Manager. Oversight of operational functions is an added advantage. Preferably within the Digital or eCommerce sector Minimum of 3 years of Management Accounting exposure.
