Our client, a B2B SaaS company serving the golf and hospitality sector, is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide day-to-day assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out of their software. This is not an implementation or project role — you will be the go-to person for clients seeking guidance and solutions on a regular basis.
