Familiarity with data analysis and process mapping and communication tools such as: MS SQL MS 365: Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint & Word (Intermediate) UML diagramming tools (e.g. draw.io, Visio, LucidChart) Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and practices. Desired Experience & Qualification Degree: Industrial Engineering (preferred), Engineering, Science, Information Systems or a related field. Experience: 1. Business Solutions Analyst 2. Business Process Engineer or similar role with 10yrs+ experience 3. Preferred sectors worked in previously: Financial Service or Fintech 5years 4. Software development / Project Management 2 years 5.
