The Opportunity We are seeking a commercially driven, deal-focused Chief Financial Officer to help shape and execute the next chapter of Tuhf Capital’s growth. This is not a traditional CFO role. This is a strategic leadership position with a strong focus on: Value creation Corporate finance M&A and capital strategy Investor readiness You will partner closely with the CEO, Exco and Board to position the business for a liquidity event in the form of a potential IPO or strategic equity sale within the next 5-7 years . What You’ll Be Responsible For Driving Value & Strategy Lead financial strategy aligned to growth and long-term value creation Build and execute a 5-year value creation plan Drive ROE optimisation, capital efficiency, and scalability Shape the company’s equity story and valuation narrative Corporate Finance & Capital Strategy Lead M&A activity end-to-end (evaluation, structuring, negotiation, execution) Drive equity capital raises and investor engagement Prepare the business for a future liquidity event Own valuation modelling and transaction execution Investor & Stakeholder Leadership Build strong relationships with investors and strategic partners Lead investor communications and Board reporting Position the business for institutional and public market readiness Ensure strong financial reporting, audit, and IFRS compliance Maintain robust governance and control frameworks Oversee tax strategy and compliance Align financial performance with portfolio health and valuation Leadership Build and lead a high-performance finance function Strengthen FP&A and data-driven decision-making capability Implement scalable systems to support growth What We’re Looking For Qualifications CA(SA) required CFA advantageous Experience 10+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance Proven track record in M&A, capital raising, or liquidity events Experience in financial services or lending is advantageous Capabilities Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise Deep understanding of capital markets and transactions Strategic, commercial mindset with execution focus Ability to operate at Board and investor level Personal Fit Entrepreneurial and energetic Strong partner to the CEO and executive team Credible with investors and stakeholders Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Execution of strategic transactions and M&A activity Improved return on equity and enterprise valuation Strong investor relationships Readiness for, and execution of, a liquidity event Why Join Tuhf Capital This is a rare opportunity to: Play a defining role in scaling a purpose-driven financial institution Work at the intersection of property, finance, and impact Be part of a business that is growing and partnering with property entrepreneurs and transforming urban environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
