Internal Recruitment Position Our client, a leading global market player in the power and electrical industry , has a vacancy for an Internal Recruitment person. This is a year contract position, and the applicant should be immediately available . The position may become permanent after one year. Duties & Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience in the electrical and power industry . The responsibilities of the recruiter include, but are not limited to: Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through agencies, online employment forums, social media, etc. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Completing paperwork for new hires. Onboarding new staff. Promoting the company's reputation as a good employment opportunity. Keeping up-to-date on employment legislation and enforcing it within the company. Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Managing the onboarding process. Any other functions deemed fit for the position from time to time.
