About the Role Manage and coordinate all plant and yard operations, ensuring equipment and materials are available and maintained for project needs. Oversee the scheduling, allocation, and utilization of construction equipment. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Supervise yard staff and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency. Monitor inventory, procurement, and logistics to support ongoing projects. Report regularly to senior management on plant performance, costs, and operational improvements. Requirements Proven experience as a Plant and Yard Manager or in a similar role within construction or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of plant equipment, maintenance practices, and yard operations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively. Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
