As the Website, CRM and eCommerce Specialist for Ford South Africa (SAF), you will be at the core of our digital transformation. Your key mission is to ensure flawless execution and delivery of our digital ecosystem, customer relationship management (CRM) and lead management strategy, acting as a bridge between local marketing, agency partners and the International Markets Group (IMG) Central Team. Responsibilities Align all digital touchpoints with Ford’s brand strategy and global organisational standards. Manage and optimise the customer lifecycle to deliver measurable KPIs using quantitative and qualitative behaviour data. Coordinate, manage and execute website development projects in partnership with internal teams and external agencies. Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners, dealers, the IMG Central Team and sales & marketing stakeholders. Own web analytics and translate complex data into executive‑level reporting and strategic recommendations. Support the sales pipeline by meeting lead generation and nurturing targets. Launch and implement new content and customer engagement tools across relevant digital touchpoints. Leverage market research and user insights to drive actionable, strategically applied results. Apply a strong analytical mindset, translating web analytics and behavioural insights into clear, actionable digital strategies. Show results‑driven, multitasking ability and resilience to manage multiple digital initiatives under tight deadlines. Exhibit exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating cross‑functionally with diverse teams. Qualifications National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales or an equivalent qualification (an Honours degree would be an advantage). Minimum of 5 years automotive experience within Marketing & Sales. Direct experience in Digital Marketing and managing Digital Platforms is highly advantageous.
