We are seeking a versatile PLC Engineer / Technician to handle the full lifecycle of industrial machinery. This role blends hands-on field automation with electrical design. You will collaborate with design engineers, manage budgets, execute global installations, and provide critical breakdown support.BEng / BSc / BTech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering or relevant qualification Passed Trade Test (Red Seal) as a Millwright, Electrician, or Instrument Artisan with strong automation experience. Experience on automated manufacturing i.e high speed packing, weighing and sorting machinery Technical Skills & Experience 35+ years of experience in PLC programming, industrial fault-finding, and site installations. PLC Certification: Proficiency in mainstream software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, or similar). Design & Standards: Proven ability to design P&IDs and electrical diagrams to strict CE Regulations . Valid drivers license, valid passport, and willingness to travel if occasionally needed Design & Plan: Collaborate on electrical/electronic layouts, draw P&IDs, and manage budget costing for new projects. Logistics & Supply: Handle part procurement, inventory management, and pilot project component planning. Install & Optimize: Lead equipment installations worldwide, rewrite PLC code for system optimization, and minimize client downtime. Support & Admin: Provide remote and on-site breakdown support.
