Digital Marketing Specialist | Johannesburg (Onsite) We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, CRM automation, and digital growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI across all digital channels Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic Manage CRM journeys across email, SMS, and WhatsApp platforms to improve customer engagement and conversions Lead and support the marketing team while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners Analyse marketing data and provide insights to support business growth and customer acquisition Requirements Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or related field Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads campaigns Strong SEO experience (technical, on-page, and content optimisation) Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console Knowledge of email marketing, automation, CRM journeys, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimisation, and ROI management Experience managing marketing budgets and analysing campaign performance Previous leadership experience managing a marketing team Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence Advantageous Google Ads Certification Meta Blueprint Certification Experience working with BI and development teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
