Human Resources Assistant – Randburg, Johannesburg. Our client seeks a HR Assistant with 2 years experience. The HR Assistant will provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the HR Manager and wider HR function. The role includes HR administration, employee documentation, SharePoint filing, onboarding, recruitment support, training records, payroll support, and general HR coordination. Salary: Up to R20 000 CTC per month. Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 HR Certificate / HR Management Diploma or Degree / Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an HR administration or HR assistant Experience maintaining employee files and confidential records Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment, training administration or payroll inputs Experience working in a structured, fast-paced business, deadline-driven environment Computer literacy is essential Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and Excel Experience with SharePoint or document management systems Experience with HR systems or payroll systems.
