The Role: Traffic Operations Controller The Operations Controller is responsible for maintaining the operational and financial integrity of the system by ensuring alignment between sales, bookings, delivery, and billing. This role exists to provide governance, exception control, and financial visibility to protect margins and data accuracy. The main focus areas include maintaining the alignment of information across the business and supporting management with reporting and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities Utilize 48 years of experience in finance operations, reporting, business control, or systems governance. Monitor system accuracy and reporting integrity across dashboards and trackers. Reconcile campaign delivery data against bookings and billing. Identify and escalate discrepancies, leakages, or control failures. Protect the link between sold, booked, delivered, reported, and billed activity. Provide quality integrity reporting to leadership. Support monthly operational and financial reconciliation. Assist with remote or group-level governance oversight. About You 48 years of experience in finance operations, reporting, business control, or systems governance. Strong analytical and reconciliation ability with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems. Highly disciplined, objective, and methodical. Trustworthy and discreet with a strong control mindset. Strong written reporting ability. Able to operate as a governance partner to leadership. Experience in media, digital operations, or subscription-based businesses is advantageous.
