Query resolution Quality Assurance and adherence to prescribed procedures Logistics, procurement and other responsibilities regarding coordinating regional office facilities Quarterly Surveys Results, Regional Offices and Key Stakeholders Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher) Experience - Essential Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment within a Medical Scheme Interested?
