They supply leading brands including Deye, JA Solar, Pylontech and other premium energy products to installers, contractors, businesses, and end-users across Southern Africa. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant who is passionate about sales, customer service, and business development. Position Purpose To generate sales growth through: Equipment sales Installer relationship development Contractor account management New business acquisition Commercial solar opportunities Customer retention and repeat business This role requires an energetic individual who can confidently engage customers, prepare quotations, follow up aggressively, and close sales. Duties & Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate new sales opportunities daily. Develop relationships with solar installers and electrical contractors. Identify and pursue commercial solar opportunities. Build and maintain a customer pipeline. Conduct outbound sales calls. Follow up on all quotations and enquiries. Convert leads into confirmed orders. Quotation & Customer Management Prepare accurate quotations. Respond to enquiries within company SLA. Upsell complementary products and accessories. Provide technical product guidance to customers. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Account Management Grow existing customer accounts. Develop installer loyalty programs. Maintain customer records within Zoho CRM. Generate repeat business opportunities. After-Sales Support Follow up on deliveries. Assist with warranty and support queries. Maintain strong customer relationships. Generate referrals from existing customers. Desired Experience & Qualification Essential Minimum 3 years external or internal sales experience. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Valid driver's licence. Own reliable transport. Strong computer literacy. Experience using CRM systems. Excellent communication skills. Strong negotiation ability. Advantageous Solar industry experience. Electrical wholesale experience. Renewable energy qualification.
