Responsibilities Solution Engineering: Design, document, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end technical solutions (including diagrams and technical specs). Integration: Lead the integration of new solutions with existing client systems and applications. Presales & Discovery: Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust technical architectures. Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure all designs comply with industry regulations. Technical Guidance: Provide expert oversight during the implementation phase to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth transitions. Operational Readiness: Partner with Support and Product teams to document best practices, share knowledge, and improve troubleshooting processes. Strategic Input: Advise on product development based on market trends, emerging technologies, and client feedback. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong ties with key customers, vendors, and internal leadership. Risk Management: Proactively identify and communicate project risks or technical issues to relevant stakeholders. Minimum Requirements Education: Degree in IT, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering. Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect (mandatory). Domain Knowledge: Professional proficiency in Networking, Telecommunications, Cloud, Security, and VoIP. Certifications: Recent vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet) are highly regarded. Dynamic Architecting: Ability to design solutions in real-time and adapt to shifting requirements. Communication: Exceptional ability to "read the room" and present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on feasibility analysis and infrastructure design. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
