Job Description We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on IT & Facilities Manager to oversee and support the company’s internal IT infrastructure, systems, and facility operations across multiple office and operational locations. This role balances IT support, systems administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and facilities coordination. The successful candidate ensures the business operates efficiently, securely, and reliably from both a technology and facility perspective. Collaborate with all departments to support internal systems, user management, office infrastructure, and day‑to‑day operational needs. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure & Systems Support Provide support and administration for internal IT systems and business platforms. Assist with management and optimisation of internal inventory systems, CRM systems, and network infrastructure across multiple office locations. Set up, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and office connectivity. Manage and support company hardware, including MacBooks, printers, office devices, and peripherals. Handle onboarding and off‑boarding of employees, including account provisioning and access control. Ensure good cybersecurity practices across the business. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers. Cybersecurity & Access Management Maintain secure IT environments and enforce cybersecurity best practices. Manage user access permissions, password management, VPN access, and SSO/authentication systems. Support implementation of security policies and procedures. Monitor and respond to basic IT security incidents, escalating as needed. Multi‑Site Office & Infrastructure Support Support IT and operational infrastructure across multiple office locations. Ensure stable and reliable connectivity and operational readiness at all sites. Coordinate infrastructure improvements and upgrades. Facilities Management Responsibilities Office & Building Operations Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations, ensuring office environments are functional, safe, and well maintained. Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and vendor management. Power & Infrastructure Management Assist in managing power infrastructure and continuity planning. Coordinate maintenance and monitoring of backup power systems. Ensure office infrastructure supports operational reliability and growth. Facilities Expansion & Improvement Support office expansion projects and infrastructure improvements. Coordinate contractors and service providers for renovations and maintenance work. Ensure facilities remain clean, organised, and operationally efficient. Requirements 3–7+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, facilities management, or operational infrastructure roles. Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Experience supporting cloud‑based systems, SSO, and office IT infrastructure. Practical understanding of facility operations and office management. Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues independently. Strong organisational and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Experience in technology, IoT, or high‑growth operational environments. Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 Access control systems Managing vendors, contractors, and multi‑site operations. Being hands‑on and solutions‑oriented. Strong operational mindset.
