Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Elizabeth for a Lecturer in Public Law. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, developing academic content, and assessing students in the field of Public Law. The role also includes conducting research, producing scholarly publications, and participating in community engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities may involve supporting curriculum development and contributing to departmental goals and activities. Qualifications Strong expertise in Law, with a focus on Public Law, including Labor and Employment Law and Criminal Law Proven experience in Lecturing, effectively communicating legal principles and facilitating student engagement Demonstrated Research skills with experience producing high-quality academic publications Advanced degree in Law, with a focus on Public Law or a closely related specialization Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities Experience in curriculum development and academic administration is advantageous Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within an academic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
