Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles. Assist customers with oil, water, tyre pressure, and windscreen checks. Handle cash and card payments where required. Promote fuel station products, specials, and services where applicable. Maintain cleanliness of pumps, forecourt, and work areas. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times. Report fuel leaks, equipment faults, hazards, or incidents immediately. Assist with stock control and receiving deliveries when required. Ensure customers receive quick, efficient, and professional service. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment where applicable. Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Experience & Qualification National Senior Certificate advantageous. Previous experience as a Pump Attendant or in a customer service environment will be beneficial. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, reliable, and presentable. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
