About our company CBI- Low Voltage Introduction The purpose of this role is to manufacture, maintain, and repair precision press tooling and moulding tools, with a strong focus on CNC machining to support production requirements and ensure high-quality output. Responsibilities Operate and program CNC Milling machines to manufacture and repair precision tooling and components. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to set schedules for tooling projects. Manufacture equipment, tooling, and gauges according to technical drawings and specifications. Utilise EDGECAM software for CNC programming. Maintain, service, and troubleshoot decentralized operations machinery and equipment. Assist the production department with machine and equipment maintenance. Ensure all parts meet established quality standards and are manufactured with precision. Adhere to all workshop safety regulations and company procedures. Carry out all work efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship and meeting production deadlines. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the toolroom and CNC operations. Qualifications Matric/Senior Certificate or equivalent. Qualified Toolmaker with a Trade Test. At least 10 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a toolroom environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
