We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team to assist with the growth of the business, through the specific focus on business development, client relationship management and optimisation of operational processes. The role will include exploring, developing and implementing strategies to grow the business through new client acquisition, client relationship management and supporting the operational team with prioritisation and implementation of key deliverables. The role will require the candidate to become intimately involved with the business operations and strategy. The candidate will focus on maintaining and ensuring the optimisation of servicing of existing client relationships, developing and implementing the marketing strategy by identifying and managing the various channels to market and development of new client relationships. The role bridges strategy, marketing, operations and client service, ensuring that the commercial ambition and objectives are matched by operational capability. Business Development & Marketing Objective - to drive sustainable business growth through structured client acquisition and brand positioning Develop and manage the business growth strategy Build and communicate a comprehensive marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals and operational efficiencies Analyse market trends, industry developments and to identify/manage channels to market Develop, manage and co-ordinate the marketing material, including the social media presence, website and optimisation of all digital channels Manage and maintain regular client communication and interaction/touchpoints Develop and manage a formalised prospect pipeline (CRM-based) Implement structured prospect engagement journey Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing Identify professional introducers (attorneys, accountants, fiduciary specialists) Oversee production of marketing materials (investment commentaries, market updates etc) Develop and maintain digital strategy (Web, Linkedin) Client Engagement Architecture & Client Service Objective- to develop a structured engagement framework Assist in formalising service tiers and align service standards to remuneration structure Develop service matrix and communication cadence Develop structured annual client engagement plans Manage portfolio review cadence and proactive planning conversations Standardise quality of presentation materials Develop library of branded templates and formats Operations & Systems Development Objective - to enhance operational scalability and efficiency to support growth Maintenance and development of the CRM system Ensure accurate data capture, segmentation and reporting Implement workflow automation where possible Map all core processes (client onboarding, reporting, CIS transactions, compliance workflows) Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience and Qualifications 5–10 years’ experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services Demonstrable experience in business development and pipeline management Strong operational and process optimisation experience Experience within boutique advisory or family office environment advantageous Degree in business, finance, marketing or related discipline advantageous CFA, CFP or related qualification advantageous (not mandatory) Strategic thinker with commercial acumen High level of discretion and professional maturity Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical and data-driven mindset Comfortable operating in a small, high-accountability environment Ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution Self-motivator and goal-oriented Excellent time management and organisational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
